Country Garden is enthusiastic about pubilc welfare and charity, and enjoy a good reputation in the field. At present, Country Garden carried out a “Complete Favor” activity all over the country like a raging fire to present thanks and give benefits to their customers. The program not only benefited proprietors, staff and the pubilc at the total amount of more than one hundred million yuan, but also made up the “one yuan for love” charity program at the beginning, which is planned to donate “one yuan equivalent” gathered offline to the “one yuan for love” charity program. Currently, Country Garden intends to donate all the “one yuan equivalent” collected offline to Free Lunch.

Free Lunch is a charity program launched by more than 500 journalists including Deng Fei and tens of internal media. Its mission is to help chinese children free from hunger and grow up healthily. And it hope free lunch would be basic welfare of chinese children through several years` effort. 

This program initiates that 3 yuan per day be donated to afford free lunch to school children in poor area. From the beginning day in 2nd April, 2011 till the end of 2013, Free Lunch had collected more than 75 million yuan, provided free and warm lunch to children in more than 350 schools, and even directly affected the Rural Compulsory Education Students Nutrition Improvement Plan set up by the State Council, which improved chinese rural children nutrition condition massively.

This time Country Garden corporated with Free Lunch to carry out the national love care project. The charity fund is based on the “one yuan equivalent” raised offline in the “Complete Favor” activity. The way to raise money including the following ways: a. “one yuan for a housing purchase ticket worth 10 thousand yuan”, which allows old proprietors to exchange housing they have bought with other housing which need to pay balance only, and this also applies to staff in the Country Garden; b. “one yuan for one square meter”, which only available for those who sign successfully the same day or pay at one time within a month; c. “one yuan for hotel experience voucher”, which can be bought by old proprietors and staff; d. “one yuan for home funishing worth 10 thousand yuan”, which can be bought by old proprietors only.
