Fourtheen years ago, I was an investigative reporter. I had written 160 reportage in ten years, which revealed the anguished and gloomy secrets of this country. We changed truths into pressures and achieved changes by using news. We resorted to reportage to help the country.

Three years ago, I saw a group of children who were at my daughter's age. Their hunger made my heart wrench that I jumped to help them instinctively. I founded that complaining could not solve problems directly, so we must take actions.

Fourtunately, we had various tools of mobile Internt. Having no popularity, we used SINA Weibo to propagate; Having no staff, we used Wechat to call volunteers together; Having no money, we used Tmall, Wechat payment,etc. to collect small donations. Thanks to the alliance of people, money and materials, we had a tide of power.

So we can change ourselves.

So it is not that hard to reform.

We took actions like Critical Illness Insurance Program, Warm Current Plans, Girls Protection etc., trying to solve problems of rural children in the remotest areas of China.

For three years, we collected more than 150 million yuan; served more than 1 million children directly and received most of the important awards from the Chinese public welfare.

However, we hit a bottleneck: first, it is difficult to go on as we have to donate nearly 200,000 yuan everyday. Second, we can never replace parents. If parents are absent, we can not solve the children’s problems radically even though we try every mean. The number of such children is 61 million.

To solve bottleneck, we need to help farmers to increase income on their lands and realize self-sufficient and let father return home. But there comes a question. Every mean is thought to develop those counties, which have been in poor condition for a thousand year. Then why should we succeed? 

I believe that God is fair. When the door opens, the window will close, vice versa. We keep searching and we discover this open window: Thought those counties are poor, they accidentally  maintain fresh air, clean water, food and original ecological environment, which are the eagerness of urban citizens.

We have cooperated with 16 counties and possessed hundreds of kinds of agricultural products. Meanwhile, we have 1.2 million donors and countless people who trust us. In the classes of CEIBS(China Europe International Business School), an idea came into my mind. I wanted to set up an electric business platform to create value by selling agricultural products to donors.

People keep asking me, why should you survive as Alibaba and Jingdong both sell agricultural products? I think we have three “secret weapon”: first, e agriculture unites the CEIBS alumni. There are about 170 promoters so far so that we have system adventages. Second, we promote a new concept: Purchase means public welfare; consumption means helping children. We encourage people to buy our products. Third, the CEIBS alumni donate fund without receiving dividends. Profits will be eventually used to assist FLFC and critical Illness Insurance Program for the rural children. The moral force is on our side.

In coming years, we will devote ourselves to one thing, that is helping villages to sell more agricultural products. In order to promote sales, we unite other powers to do several aspects, such as rural tourism, retired life in valley, delicacy videos and ancient village protection. We promote the unilateral network effect and realize multilateral cooperation.Also we try our best to attract tourists and sell local products.

The unimpeded sales are bound to promote agricultural production, small loans, returning home of university students, community development and rural cooperative management. Flow of resources and optimal allocation will make the rural reformation come into being.

How should CEIBSers join?

First, one need to register to become a promoter. Then he can offer resources and skills and even take part in management on the basis of maintaining one’s work and life.

Second, abut and construct one’s hometown based on provinces.

What will CEIBSers gain?

Though without return of profits, we will get new opportunity in the whole system. For example, we attain brand new life experiences in the construction when we go to counties. Much of the time, at the FLFC schools, we believe that we are helping our country to operate human investment and let it have future. How happy we are!

And today, we—representatives from government, commonweal organizations and social organizations gather in CEIBS, which actually promotes the cooperation of three parties; forge new model of economic growth in poor counties and search system solutions for Three Rural Issues in mobile Internet times. We try to help our country by using system solutions. How lucky we are!
