She was awarded Medal of Honor by The French Food Association, which was a great honor in Chinese catering industry.

When the origin of “Happy Aquatic Product” is asked, the founder Miss Yang Fuhua introduced that she was born into a poor family with seven children inTaiwan. As the eldest child, it was the responsibility of her that she had to take care of the catering of her younger brothers and sister since she was a little girl for the reason an eldest sister took role as a mother. “Letting your families eat good is the biggest happiness of cooking. Only you treat customers as your families, can you cater successfully. Only you cook with your heart, can you grasp the stomach of the customers.” holding this idea, Yang Fuhua offers customers the “fresh fish hot pot”, which is usually eaten in her family feast. After the auction, restaurant donated one hundred yuan gotten in the auction to FLFC.

Miss Wang Zhengrong said, “Auction is not the final aim. Our aim is to tell our sincerity for customers to more people and benefit more people with the love from our customers.
