On Jan 25th, a party themed “Actions from heart, appreciations be-with you” was successfully held in Guangzhou Minsheng Building. Free Lunch sponsor Dengfei, delegates of Free Lunch management committee and board of supervisors, Free Lunch partners in Chuangzhou, donators’ delegates, media delegates, headmasters of free lunch schools and volunteers in Guangzhou attented the event.

Thanks party is not only Free Lunch volunteer teams' annual big occasions to express appreciations to donators and volunteers, but also a party for compassion public.

At the beginning, Dengfei made a speech. He expressed thanks to Guangdong volunteers and mentioned a management conception about“volunteer self-government” . In fact, volunteers has taken 90% of the Free Lunch Guangzhou Team. Thanks to them, the team had developed extraordinary executive ability and made outstanding contributions in the last two years. They have become a strongly cohesive public union.

As the provider of the hostiong place for this activity, delegate form CMBC Guangzhou branch also made a speech. When it comes to the fate with Free Lunch, he said CMBC had the same view on social duty and charity. This is not only a practice of enterprise's concepts but also a chance for repaying society.

“Giving is better than receiving.” and “Volunteer is art.” This is Xie Jun’s explanation of charity. Xie Jun, a Free Lunch volunteer, brought her 12-years-old son into charity and hoped that her son could take responsibility for society through charity.

Delegates of The New Express made a review on their journey with Free Lunch in the past three years.

In the following award ceremony of Excellent Free Lunch Volunteers in Guangzhou, 7 volunteers were named as outstanding volunteers, of whom 5 were from Guangzhou team and the other 2 were college students. From the stories they shared, we learnt about their growth and feelings with Free Lunch. Besides, there were 3 words they mentioned the most: lunch, kids and gain. It is these 3 words that bring them together.We believe awards could be not only a kind of encouragement but also great driving force to future.

In the auction section, the scene that Deng Fei with grey hair kissed Luch Girl affectionately impressed everyone present. It is like a father kissed his daughter. With hard work for days and nights in these three years, Lunch girl has become a very close family of Deng. She is growing up healthily with his meticulous care.

26364 yuan was collected in this auction; 2390 yuan was from charity sale (1935 yuan was from sale and 455 yuan was by raise). 28754 yuan in total was raised, which can provide 9585 lunch meals for children.

Guangzhou college students union held 19 activities in universities, 6 concerts, 2 sharing meetings and 1 welfare color run. They have collected 70877.5 yuan, which can provide 29452 lunch meals for children. About 500,000 teachers and student were involved in Free Lunch.

In “Warm Guangdong 2014 Fashion Charity Ceremony” held by GD. QQ.COM, Free Luch won the “Warm Guangdong 2014 welfare team”.

With one wish and millions of warm hearts, volunteers shuttled between cities and mountains one after another.

Every kind of donation and efforts by volunteers make free lunch all over the nation possible;

3 yuan are accumulated one by one, so children can have lunch day after day.
