The owner who has the sanitation license can provide my identity card -- including information of the food’s brands, prices, quantities, names of the suppliers and the contact number. However, I will say goodbye to the people who produce meat product and illegal cooking oil without the qualification of quarantine. The quality of my product is guaranteed and the price is lower than the local market, which means that our product is quality and cheap. Even though the teachers take turns to purchase, they will all select me.

When I am lying in the basket and travelling several hours on the tortuous mountainous roads to the kitchen of the cooperative school by bus, I fall in love with my new home and my tiredness disappear immediately.

3. Metamorphosis

“I love having a bath full of bubbles and I rub myself, la la la.” Before lunch, I need washing and picking again and again, and the chief will cook after ensuring my fresh and health.

During rotating, stir-frying and boiling, I change into a delicacy from a simple material in the cauldron with the aroma. Now it’s the time for children to enjoy the meal.

The bell is ringing! Children can’t wait to wash their hands in turn, take out the bowls and chopsticks from the disinfectors and form an orderly queue. The cooks distribute me fairly to every child’s bowl (they can ladle the food again if not enough). Meanwhile, the menu should have meat and vegetables, balanced nutrition and should be fresh and clean.

Watching the children finish all the food, I am so delighted. Thanks not only to the fresh materials, but also to the good cooking technique of the cook. It’s excellent that every child can clean his plate and eliminate waste. 

4.Save samples and check them

In order to attain grounds after the food safety incidents happen, the cooperative schools of FLFC set up the sample retention system on the safety ground:

In every meal, I will be separated by kinds and put in a sterilized, exclusive and airtight container (preventing pollution between samples); and stored in the cold over 48 hours.(it’s so cold!) To satisfy the need of test, every sample left should be more than 100g. (2 liang).

Moreover, the special staff will record the samples for me, including date, time, name, person and so on. I immediately feel my station as important as our national treasure, panda, haha!

5.Close supervision

In order to take more responsibility for me, every school will mark every bill down clearly.
