Change: Children Grow Up With FLFC Over These Years

In 2011，FLFC began to offer lunch to children along Jinsha River in Wudongde, Yi and Miao Autonomous County of Luquan , Yunnan Province. Huang Xingneng, the deputy director of the Photography Department of Spring City Evening and the winner of 2008 China International Press Photo Contest, took pictures of children shouldering firewood and cooking. What have changed after 4 years? The photographer, Xingneng set out again to find the children, who help us to witness the hope, vitality and changes of youth in countryside. It turns out that the efforts of millions of donors and volunteers are of so much value.
Zhao Meicui, an eleven-year-old girl,
learned to make fire and cook here four years ago

She recovered and excels at school.
The FLFC has raised 149.85 million RMB until the end of July, 2015. In total 454 schools in 23 provinces, counties and municipalities are provided with free lunch. Nearly 133 thousand children in rural area benefit from the project of free lunch.
