Niu Niu, a personified icon of the Free Lunch Organization, grew out of all the good hearts and wills from the Free Lunch Program. With more and more caring and love from the supporters of the Program, she grows up robustly. She, along with Free Lunch Program, has not only brought food and cloth, but also added laughers to more and more children.
Niu Niu receives massive messages every day from the supporters. They ask Niu Niu whether the children have enough food to eat and cloth to keep warm, the children become taller yet, and have the children put their effort into school.
To answer those question above, Niu Niu decided to visit the children. When she gets there, she would like to bring all the best wishes to the children from all the supporters. When she comes back, she would like to share to the supporters with how everything goes with all the children.
Now Niu is going to take you to a primary school in Yun Nan Province to see how are the children there.
Wan Po Wan Quan Primary School is in Yangbi Town, Yangjiang County, Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture, Yunnan province, China. The school is 40 kilometers away from the center of Yangjiang County. There are only five classes in the school, each from pre-school class to the fourth grade. Currently, there are 63 pupils and 8 staff member in the school. In total, there are 71 people benefit from the Free Lunch Program.
The school is in a typical mountain area where residents live on the split-site of the plain land. In such area, the land for planting corps is sacred. As a result, the residents make their living on planting walnuts in town or working out of town.
When walking on the country road, I see the tall trees and thick grass. The whole view reminds me of the innocent kids in the school who are protected by the Mother Nature.
The main transportation is the dark red three-wheeler.
The gate of the school is not as splendid as that of the school in city, but it is as solid and secured as that.
The brand new school buildings and basketball stands match finely with the clear sky.
Outside the kitchen: the kitchen is small but is of full-function.
Inside of the kitchen: the kitchen is so clean. (Look, the kids waiting outside are probing their little cute heads through the window.)
The gloss of the sliver grey stove and freezer make the kitchen look exceedingly clean.
The Catering License is the proof of the food safety in the kitchen.
This is the meal for that day. We cater the kids’ nutrition need by balancing the meat and vegetable dishes. The dishes are abounding and seasoned properly.
Our sincerity can be seen in the meal: the vegetables are crunchy, and the sources are fresh and thick.

Every day, samples of every meal will be preserved in those small boxes. Though the boxes are small, they show that Free Lunch is responsible for every kid’s health.
Kids are lining up for meals. Their pure smiles and faces warm hearts and calm souls.
The kitchen lady is giving out food for kids. We can see how much the school staff loves the kids.
Kids take in the spiritual nutrition on class and the physical nutrition in meals.
The tasty meals make the kids feel warm, safe and content.
When facing the camera, some kids are inhaling their food and some are giving me shy smiles.
After the morning class, kids become hungry and enjoy the meal more.

Kids are crowded at the window of the diner because the arrival of a Free Lunch Investigator. The best encouragement for us is kids’ warm welcome.
Kids are dancing and making faces. They remind us of our happy childhood.
Kids are doing sports on the new, bright colored and stable facility. They look so happy.
